As planned, the project continues to progress with major infrastructure and amenity developments that will define the next chapter for homeowners and visitors alike.
The Main Boulevard Enters Its Second Phase
One of the project’s most significant milestones is the second phase of the main boulevard. Throughout June and July, site preparation is underway, including land clearing and earthworks to prepare the area for construction.
Once this stage is complete, work will begin on the stormwater system, potable water infrastructure, underground utilities, and roadway paving that will shape this key entrance to the community.
Construction of this phase is expected to take approximately 14 months, with the boulevard scheduled to open during the second half of 2027, further enhancing connectivity and supporting the continued growth of Ciudad Nya.
Amenities Continue to Take Shape
At the same time, exterior construction at Tower A continues to move forward. Current work includes the development of ranch-style gathering spaces, storage facilities, pedestrian pathways, and the surrounding landscaping that will bring these outdoor areas to life.
These efforts are on track to deliver all of Tower A’s outdoor amenities by July, creating a functional, comfortable, and nature-inspired environment for homeowners to enjoy from day one.
Landscaping also continues along the lagoon beach within this phase of the project, together with the formation of sandy beach areas and green spaces at Beach V – elements that further define the distinctive lifestyle experience that makes Ciudad Nya truly unique.
