ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION

We announce the beginning of construction on Ciudad Nya Tower I alongside EDICA Constructora. During the last weeks of January 2024, the overseeing construction company has been focused on setting up the main camp to initiate construction and installing the crane on-site.

The construction of Tower I has been financed by Banco Promerica, a private bank in Costa Rica.

In the upcoming weeks until the end of March, we will be observing excavation work to prepare the basement of Tower I.

INAUGURATION EVENT

CONSTRUCTION PHASES

Find out more information about the construction phases in our Tower I.

Phase 1: Basement

During the first 2 months of construction, we will witness the creation of the basement under level 1.

Phase 2: Levels 1 to 7

Once our basement level is ready, level 1 construction will initiate, progressing continuously up to level 7. In this stage, we will see the development of the gray works, condo finishes, window treatments, and other technical aspects to build and deliver condominiums for each of our buyers.

Phase 3: Exterior Work

Simultaneously with the construction of Tower I, EDICA will also carry out significant exterior infrastructure works for the tower: parking, pathways, streets, and important access points.
